Hi guys, Neil Waterhouse. This week’s video blog shows how to find buyers’ email addresses on eBay. It 
also shows how to find your eBay customers’ phone numbers as well.
Using less than a hundred dollars

So let’s launch straight into it.
Go to My eBay
Go to My eBay, then Account, then Seller Dashboard, then File Management Center, then Create Download Request, select Sold, then select whatever date range that you require, in this case I’ll select Yesterday. Enter your email address, then click the Save button. Now you receive an email from eBay within a few minutes.

When you receive that email, click the download link and download the CSV. Now open the CSV using a program like say, Google Sheets, which is free. And now you’ll be able to see the phone numbers and email addresses of your buyers. If you have any problems, let me know.

thank you for this method. ebay changed it again, now you can’t request order report but schedule it. and on the scheduled report, they use email format like [email protected]

Currently, there is no way to find buyers email addresses. eBay has removed that feature.
