Steps one
Okay the first step on how to get PayPal to pay for eBay returns and not you is to send your customer this PayPal URL, which I’ll put on the bottom of the screen. Now, when your customer goes to that URL it shows them this page. As you can see, once the customer clicks the blue activate button. They can then return up to eight items per year and each with a return shipping costs of up to $45.
The great thing here is PayPal paying the return cost for your customer, not you

Great tip Neil! Customer service issues are starting to pile up so this is great timing
One question, does this method get linked or make any impact upon our seller account? I assume we want to do this before the seller requests a return. Is that right?
Thanks heaps Neil , this is a great tip.
Kind regards robyn

Q about the second screen shot Neil … when I followed the directions, ie Activate, it then advises it is now activated, with a ‘log in to make a return’ link tucked away at the bottom of the page. When the link is clicked however, it does not go to the page in the screenshot ‘Request a Refund on Return Shipping’. Suggestions Neil?
Looking forward to the next video!
Cheers Neil

Hi Sunny,

can you please elaborate this?I mean customers paid through Credit card, not paypal- incase Seller posting the item instead of directly coming through Supplier posting?
